Rheinland Hotel - Bonn

Had a very nice stay because of the great service. the location was marvelous, relatively near Beethoven House. - Lots of food for breakfast, everything was excellent. - Everything met requests, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Heading to the Rheinland Hotel in Bonn was a delightful experience. the exceptional service truly made my stay very pleasant. the hotel's marvelous location, which is conveniently close to Beethoven House, allowed for easy access to the nearby shopping streets and the charming Christmas market. the breakfast spread was impressive with an abundance of delicious options. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't think twice about returning for another stay.

Location was fine, the breakfast was fine. Everything was fine. I felt secure with the front door locked. It was easy to get picked up in a car behind the hotel off the busy street.

The breakfast offered various options like fresh bread, cereals, jam, and cheese. the double room had a themed design, a comfortable mattress, and a balcony. - the hotel's location was great, within walking distance of Beethoven House.

The value for money was very good. The hotel was clean and the breakfast offer was varied enough for any taste. I appreciated also that they use ecological soap.

Helpful staff, rich breakfast, well connected to the airport (bus stop Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz).

The staff here were always really helpful and excellent, and the location was marvelous, close to Beethoven Hall.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was pleasant and had brilliant location just next door to Beethoven House, the pedestrian area where shopping center and restaurants are located and Rhein. All the staff was nice and courteous and we had an early check in.

The staff is excellent: professional, kind and very customer focus. They gave me the possibility to have a very late check-out in order to satisfy a specific need I had. The location is perfect and the breakfast was good and with quite good choices.

Friendly staff and a super cozy room with a nice bed and a balcony. They even provide ear plugs for a good night's sleep. Loved that I could check in early and check out quickly. Plus, convenient onsite parking to top it all off! 😊

The location and car park were good

The usual problem in Europe where 2 single beds are called a double. The room was overpriced and the furniture was very tired.

The Hotel staff was very very helpfull, polite and friendly. The room was clean and the bath too.

Clean up service was poor (no liquid soap in the bath four days long, and no one noticed it), there was no mini-bar in my room, Internet wasn't free of charge.

This place is conveniently located near both a train station and a tram stop, and we enjoyed dining at the Grill with its great selection of hot beverages nearby.

Room was excellent - fifth floor at the rear with its own balcony - and scrupulously clean. Buffet breakfast was less lavish than you'd find in a larger hotel but still more than adequate with some particularly delicious smoked ham. Excellent value for money.

The entrance to the hotel is a trifle off-putting on first acquaintance - an intercom-operated, street-level security door leading to a tiny hallway which was filled with bicycles when we arrived and at various other times contained laundry, deliveries etc. Once you make it to the first floor reception things improve markedly but it would be nice if the hotel owners could at least keep the hall free of obstructions. The bicycles were a particular nuisance because we were trying to manoeuvre heavy cases.
